My weight training routine for BJJ - is this good enough? - weight training mats
I started doing BJJ 6 times per week and the gym 3 times a week, every two days, but as you can see all of two days I lift weights in the early afternoon and drive JJB at night. To date (two weeks), I had (no pain or discomfort severe enough) to hear me.
My routine is a full body one, where I work out 8-9, truck, representatives of stockings for each body part, 2-3 sets. I concentrate more on compound exercises, and work almost never use the machines, but not isolated. I eat as a pregnant mother, and sleep like a polar bear, for 7.5-9 hours. My only complaint is that my previous performance started to deteriorate on the carpet (due to lack of concentration), but that is another matter.
I am very slim 170 kilos at 6'0''. With this program, I will be able to loose a bit and better deal?

What the gay sermon. Christianity is gay, the rules of paganism and agnostics is brilliant.
Soz forgot to answer the question. Personally, I think, now, what you do, sounds great, but we train hard and need more rest day.
Well, it depends. Lift 3x a week will not be quick to pack on muscle mass, but over time it will take. If you opt for a faster and more exercises go to the gym, but not all muscle groups at any time.
I have to do:
Day 1: Chest and Tri --
Day 2: Back and BI --
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Chest and Shoulders
Day 5: Bi-and Tri --
They should also ensure that you always provide enough protein, carbohydrates and fluids (protein strengthens muscles, carbohydrates and energy) to maintain the intensity of training, the fluids necessary for the breakdown of carbohydrates and water for a ton of features.

There are certain exercises are given for more than testosterone in his newspaper the other bench, squats, cleans and dead lifts in these combinations must be able to maximize the strength of testosterone, certain types of foods you eat, you increase your testosterone naturally, I nuts to do this, but you will have food online from Google, we can not stress the right way is very important, peanut butter, jelly and a good way of books, packages, whereas with a lot of protein.
Try this routine and see if they do not suffer with some muscle to bench press a weight that will be used for 8-12 repetitions, are used until you no longer than 5 or 6, then will drop 20 pounds and finished 8th incumbent This should help me a lot,
That tells you how to become a Christian, and come as in heaven
